Hi. Can you confirm that you are running the latest version of
iOS on your iPad? You should connect to iTunes on your computer and
ensure that you're running version 4.3 of the iPad operating
system. The app may not work correctly if your iPad is running an

The live wedding stream has now finished. As stated in the App
Store description, the live wedding stream was available between
9am and 5pm on Saturday 29 April. That is UK time (British Summer

The stream was constantly monitored during the live hours by the
Sky News team between 0900 and 1700 hours British Summer Time. The
stream was available globally, so if you can let us know which
timezone you are in, we can calculate the time of your original
support request in relation to the live broadcast hours and provide
the Sky News team with this information, should they find there was
an issue at this time.
